When will I be able to start?
I will be able to start teaching you once you have turned 17 and have your provisional driving licence. In terms of the days and times, this is something that we would talk about before starting to ensure we find a slot which meets your schedule. Typically within one week of us first talking.
How much are driving lessons?
You will be able to see my driving lesson prices on my profile. If you buy in bulk, you will unlock a discount. Many learners start with buying 2 hours and follow with either the 10 or 20 hour package.
Which areas do you cover?
I operate within the county of Kent, but I mostly cover Birchington, Herne Bay, Margate, Ramsgate, Westgate-on-sea and Whitstable.
How many lessons will I need?
The number of lessons needed will vary from learner to learner. The average in the UK is 45 hours, but this can be higher or lower depending on how comfortable you are behind the wheel and how quickly you learn.

A patient and knowledgeable driving instructor!

Martin Haycroft was great! I was a really nervous driver and didn’t think I would pass first time in a million years, but he made driving a fun experience for me and now I feel safe and confident to take on the roads! ☺️ Despite doing a semi intensive course with him, I never felt rushed or pressured and he listened to me and what I needed which made all the difference.
