What our Southend-on-Sea learners say

So proud of my daughter's first time pass

Found Rated Driving through a friend's recommendation and couldn't be happier. My daughter passed first time at the Southend test centre this week. Her instructor was incredibly patient with her nerves and really flexible with picking her up from South Essex College, which made fitting lessons around her A-levels so much easier. The structured approach to tackling tricky spots like the Victoria Avenue roundabout gave her real confidence. Highly recommend for any parent looking for reliable instruction.

Knew Every Route By Test Day

My instructor had me practising the actual routes from Southend test centre for weeks before my test. We covered all the tricky bits like Queensway roundabouts and the Priory Crescent area repeatedly. By the time test day came, nothing felt unfamiliar or scary. I recognised every junction and knew exactly what to expect. Passed first time feeling completely prepared and confident throughout.

Failed First, Passed Second Time

I failed my first test at Southend for missing observations at roundabouts, especially around the town centre. Honestly gutted but my instructor didn't let me dwell on it. We went back to basics, drilling proper checks until it became automatic. He kept reassuring me that failing once doesn't define you. Second test I stayed calm, remembered everything, and passed. Really grateful for the patience and proper teaching that got me through.
